TexFest Information

TexFest will be held the evening of Friday, March 2nd at BBE. We have several ways you can help...

1) Attend a meeting to help us plan. The next meeting is scheduled for 2/2 at 10 am in the Club Room on the 5th grade hallway.

2) Be a sponsor! Scroll below for the specific info on sponsorship.

3) Sell your goodies! If you're a vendor we still have several vendor spots available. Please email

4) Come to TexFest!! We will send out information as it gets closer but there will be discount opportunities for presale wristbands.

Here are the Sponsor Levels:

Lone Star Level $1,000: T-shirt- Large LOGO displayed on the back of Tex Fest shirts (First 2 sponsors have the option of the logo on the sleeve instead); Large poster- NAME & LOGO placed on large poster of sponsors at Tex Fest entrance; Website Logo Placement: Logo placed on BBES PTO web page for remainder of school year; PTO Website Recognition: Name in list of sponsors section for remainder of the school year, Yearbook ad- Business card yearbook ad in the 2017-2018 yearbook; Newsletter recognition- Name and logo displayed in school newsletter following the event; Opportunity to add an approved promotional item, brochure, or business card to 300 goody bags
