Mechelle is excited to begin her second year on the BBES PTO Board.  She and her husband have been married for 13 years.  They share two sons - Levi, going into 2nd grade and Mason, who will be two this fall.  Mechelle works closely with multiple school districts in the Houston region and is looking forward to working with this fun group of ladies and all BBE parents and friends during the 2021-2022 school year.

Samantha joined PTO three years ago and is super excited to be working with the amazing ladies that make up this year’s board.  Samantha and her husband Stephen met during college at Texas A&M (WHOOP!) and have been married for 12 years.  They have two wonderfully (still) exhausting kids: energetic Dylan, going into 3rd grade and sassy Paityn, who is almost 5 years old…going on 15.  Sam works for a local governmental agency and when she is not working or “PTO-ing” she is running kids to baseball, soccer, gymnastics and swimming practices and games – and she loves every minute of the chaos!  She is very much looking forward to getting back into “the groove of things” and helping to make this year fun and memorable for the faculty, kids, and parents at BBE!

Shelly is excited to be this year’s PTO Secretary and brand new to the PTO crew!  Shelly has lived in Magnolia for 8 years but is originally from Maryland.  She and her husband Adam (who is from deep East Texas) moved here after her husband served in the Marine Corps.  Shelly and Adam have two sweet (and sometimes sour) kiddos, Maci, who will be in 4th grade and Jace, who will be starting his first year at BBE in Kindergarten!  Shelly also has two bonus kiddos with her husband, Sean (18) and Ainsley (11).  Shelly spent 7 years working at Capital One and in 2019 had the opportunity to stay home with her kiddos and “the rest is history”!  Shelly enjoys staying busy and involved with all her children’s extra-curricular activities (cheer, baseball, horse riding) and while some days she seems to feel like they are going non-stop she has seen how important it is to be there for them because of how quickly they grow up.  Shelly is looking forward to being able to be involved with the PTO this year and can’t wait for all we have in store for the amazing BBE families!

Stacy is back on the PTO Executive Board for her third straight year!  Stacy is continuing her position as parliamentarian and keeping things “in order” for the PTO.  Stacy is the mother of two amazing kids: Jennifer, who is going into 4th grade and Luke, who will be heading to 1st grade.  Stacy is a nurse by trade but is enjoying taking time off from that role and focusing on family and serving others.  She is looking forward to this year more than ever and seeing all the events the PTO has planned come to life.

Laura is excited to be this year’s PTO treasurer!  This will be Laura’s first year on the PTO Board and she is excited to get to work with this awesome group!  Laura and her husband Adam moved to Magnolia two years ago and have enjoyed getting to know the area.  Laura and Adam have three kids all at BBES this year – Waylon will be starting 4th grade, while Jaynie will be going into 2nd grade and their youngest Lee will be starting Kindergarten.  Laura can’t wait to get to meet and work with new and old friends this year!

Nina is looking forward to her first year on the PTO Board and is excited to work with such a great group of ladies, teachers, and staff.  Nina has lived in Magnolia for over 20 years.  She has been married to her husband Mayconn for 16 years and together they are raising four energetic girls.  Shanell, who will be a sophomore at MHS, Kaitlyn, who will be in 4th grade, Ahliyah is going into 1st grade and they have a 10 month old, Destiny.  There is never a dull moment in her household with four girls!  Nina worked in the medical field before becoming a stay-at-home mom and dedicating her time to her girls.  She enjoys helping in the community as much as possible and is looking forward to a great year!

Robin and her family have been at BBE going on 13 consecutive years and she is looking forward to working with the PTO board this year!  Robin and her husband, Matt, have been married for 23 years and met at the BEST university, Texas A&M, WHOOP!  They moved to Magnolia in 2000 for the small family feel of the area and to raise their future children.  She is the mom to four wonderful kiddos, one of which will be a senior at MHS and who started Kinder at BBE!  Robin also has a junior at MHS, a 5th grader at BBI and a 3rd grader.  Robin is a former elementary teacher in MISD, teaching both 2nd and 3rd grades until she had kids.  While staying home, Robin started to dabble in creating ceramic keepsakes using children’s hands and footprints.  What was a hobby quickly turned into her own pottery business where she creates these special pieces for families.  Robin is excited to help support teachers, faculty, students, and parents at BBE this year!

Tasia is excited to be back and part of the BBES PTO Board for her third year!  She and her husband Christopher share three beautiful children: Camille who will be going into 4th grade this year, Cameron who is starting 1st grade and sweet Camaya who is almost two years old.  Tasia has worked with children since her teenage years as a youth coach and most recently as a teacher for a  children’s ministry education. 

Danielle is excited for her second year as a PTO Board member.  Danielle served last year as Vice-President and this year will be taking on the role of Membership Coordinator.  Danielle is a mom to sassy Layla, who is 8 years old going on 18 and will be in the 3rd grade and crazy Carter who is 3 years old.  She is looking forward to this next year and can’t wait to meet everyone as we get back to a “normal” school year!

Mandy has been married to her husband, Chris Foote, for 6 1/2 years.  They have 2 children together, Blake, going into 3rd grade, and Layla, who is super excited to start 1st grade.  Mandy has been a stay-at-home mom since Blake was born.  Mandy has really enjoyed being an involved parent at BBE.  This will be Mandy’s second year as a member of the PTO Board and she can’t wait to get back in the school and start planning some amazing events for the wonderful BBE students and families!

Amber is extremely excited for her second year on the BBES PTO Board.  Amber is a mom to her three sons and two awesome stepsons.  Nicholas, 12th grade loves being in the Marching Band for the Magnolia Bull Dogs.  Dylan, 11th grade who plays football, is a member of the Magnolia Bassdawgs fishing team and raises pigs for the Magnolia FFA.  Grayson, 3rd grade plays baseball and loves fishing.  Amber’s stepson Colton, 12th grade plays football, and likes to fish and go hunting.  Stepson, Dylan, 10th grade loves to play video games and go swimming.  Amber and her husband have been together for 13 years.  Amber has enjoyed being a room mom and spending time with all her kids.  Amber has been an owner of her own company for 8 years and is looking forward to another fun and exciting year at BBE.
